Capital Rebirth organized a parade that travelled through every Harrisburg city neighborhood in its third year of recognizing bullying prevention. Black Panther, Batman, Catwoman, Storm, Captain America, Spiderman, Aquaman, and Deadpool rode through the streets reminding children and families to: “Be a Hero, Not a Bully.” The parade also featured the nonprofit organization L.O.O.P Boys and Girlz, exotic car club C3 Car Club of Harrisburg, Ruff Ryders Motorcycle Club, Reign and Taij’s Lemonade, and Ebony's Magic Brush.
