In preparation for the 2020 General Election, Capital Rebirth partnered with national voters organization Black Voters Matter to empower and encourage Harrisburg residents to register to vote. When registration closed, Rebirth hosted a day of appreciation to remind the city of Election Day and of the importance of following through by casting their ballots on November 3.
